臥式電子拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)主要包括菜單欄，數(shù)據(jù)顯示窗口，曲線顯示窗口，控制窗口。每個窗口都有各自特殊的功用，之前我們介紹過摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)。

該系列試驗(yàn)機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)與其基本類似，但拉伸試驗(yàn)和摩擦試驗(yàn)測量的數(shù)據(jù)不一樣，因此數(shù)據(jù)窗口也是不相同的。萬能拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)摩擦試驗(yàn)所要顯示的數(shù)據(jù)包括摩擦力，轉(zhuǎn)速，溫度，報(bào)警等，而拉伸試驗(yàn)所要顯示的數(shù)據(jù)如下：

     第一、負(fù)荷值測量顯示單元：實(shí)時(shí)顯示負(fù)荷值的測量值，即試驗(yàn)過程中不同階段的力值，主要有破型判斷、調(diào)零、峰值等，按下調(diào)零按鈕顯示值歸零，破型判斷按鈕可切換破斷保護(hù)功能，而峰值顯示試樣所能達(dá)到的力值。

     第三、變形測量顯示值：實(shí)時(shí)顯示引伸計(jì)標(biāo)距內(nèi)試樣的變形測量值，按下調(diào)零按鈕顯示值歸零；當(dāng)變形值達(dá)到試樣變形值要求時(shí)，此時(shí)可以摘掉引伸計(jì)了，在摘掉引伸計(jì)之前須按下摘引伸計(jì)按鈕使引伸計(jì)停止計(jì)數(shù)，同時(shí)，在此期間控制狀態(tài)處于”負(fù)荷保載”。
